Housing Expo is a showcase of modern architecture, interior design, and technology in harmony with nature.

We invite architects to share their vision of sustainable living through a series of events held in Jõelähtme between 2024 and 2030.

The Estonian Jõelähtme golf village typically hosts 40,000 visitors a year.

We will add to this the physical visits of professionals, invited from the Scandinavian and Central European markets and media coverage, reaching to 64 million enthusiasts.

Exhibitors can sell the plot and house at the end of the fair or leave it to yourself to enjoy a truly high-quality and peaceful living environment
